We are not accepting order edits or cancellations at this time. The information you submit at the checkout is the information that will be printed on your shipping label. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before submitting. We do not provide refunds for these scenarios. You’ll need to cover all costs related to reshipping your items. All sales are final.

We want to ensure your order gets to you, so please double-check that you have inputted the correct address details! If your items end up at the wrong address due to an error on your end, we are not responsible and cannot offer refunds or reshipments. Choosing the right shipping method is important too. All of our delivery timeline estimates are displayed at the checkout after you input your shipping information, but before you are charged. Please choose the correct shipping method that aligns with your ideal delivery timeline. The closer we get to the solar eclipse, the more we encourage you to choose an express shipping option, such as Xpresspost or Purolator Express to ensure you get your solar glasses well in time for the big event.

Please kindly note that our shipping providers and couriers deliver shipments on business days. Orders placed after our cut-off on Friday will not be picked up until the following Monday and will only be delivered thereafter (this does not include holidays).

Finally, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery if any extreme events outside of our control occur. These include but are not limited to; extreme weather, power outages, postal union strikes, technical failures, or any delays caused by the shipping provider. We ask that customers please keep this in mind, plan accordingly, and order ahead.
